Many Android users enable root access on their phones to gain full control of the system and use applications that require root access.
ROOT is the term used for the process that allows you to use the Android system with administrative access, enabling you to make modifications to the system. With root access, you can use various applications that require root access to operate directly on the system and data.
Releasing root access on your Android system has its good and bad sides, as you will be violating the manufacturer’s terms and will therefore be unable to receive system updates and other benefits that I will mention below.
DISADVANTAGES OF ROOT:
HOW TO UNLOCK ROOT ACCESS
To unlock root access on your Android phone, you will basically need to use Magisk to update the boot image (boot.img) and then use a program to flash this updated image onto your system (Fastboot, Odin, TWRP, etc.). To obtain the boot image for an Android system, you must extract it from the firmware corresponding to the same version of your Android system. This firmware can be downloaded directly from the manufacturer’s website or from third parties; see below for some sources to download firmware.
Although Magisk is the most widely used tool for unlocking root access, there are other tools that can update the boot image and unlock root access. Below, I will list the most commonly used tools for unlocking root access on Android systems.
